Storm Adam caused deadly flooding across eastern Spain beginning October 19, with 145 municipalities in Valencia and Alicante temporarily locked down, road closures, and suspended operations at Ibiza airport. Catalonia and the Balearic Islands were also affected. Delays of 2-3 days are expected for mail and parcels to affected regions.
