Effective February 24, 2026, the United States has imposed atemporary 10% duty on imported articles from all countries. This additionalduty was implemented under Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974 and is designedas a safeguard measure to address certain market conditions.

The duty will remain in place for 150 daysunless otherwise modified or extended. Importers and supply chain partnersshould review and adjust pricing, cost forecasts, and compliance proceduresaccordingly.
