The UK chancellor, Rachel Reeves, is considering removing the  £135 de minimis duty-free threshold for low-value imports in the November 26,  2025 budget. Specific details on timing and implementation are not yet  available.

This change would apply only to parcel shipments; traditional mail would not  be affected.
