APC Postal Logistics, LLC operates apc-pli.com and Postats.com (the “Sites”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Sites.

We use your Personal Information only for providing shipping services. By using these Sites, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection and Use 

APC Postal Logistics, LLC. is a global ecommerce and mail solutions company, providing shipping services to retailers and e-retailers (the “SHIPPERS”) to send their customer’s (the “CONSUMERS”) orders overseas. We use the personal information of the Consumers, which is provided by these Shippers (our customers) solely for the purpose of producing the shipping information to transport their ordered products to them (the Consumers). The Shippers agree to the collection and use of the information in accordance with this policy. While using our services, we may ask the Shippers to provide us with certain personally identifiable information of the Consumers that can be used to contact or identify them.

Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to the name, address and contact number of the Consumers. We receive the data in digital format from the Shippers. We process the packages to confirm the correct data provided and to create the final address label needed for shipping these packages based on the data provided by the Shippers. We then ship these packages along with transmitting the data to third parties in order to clear the packages in country for duty and VAT purposes. These third parties then clear these packages based on the information provided by APC Postal Logistics, LLC. All third party vendors who may gain access to shipping information have been vetted to make sure they are compliant with all data security procedures and they themselves are GDPR compliant.

Third Parties

APC Postal Logistics LLC may send personal information to third parties such as customs brokers and final mile delivery carriers. Such information is disclosed only in order to complete the shipping of the ordered merchandise of the Consumer.

APC Postal Logistics, LLC and its subsidiary Parcel Connect, LLC will endeavor to only transfer Personal Information to another third party/Agent where such third party has given assurances that it provides at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by the Data Privacy Framework Principles and this Statement. If APC Postal Logistics, LLC or its subsidiary obtains knowledge that a Third Party is using or sharing Personal Information in a way that is contrary to the Data Privacy Framework Principles and/or this Statement, our company will take reasonable steps to prevent or stop such processing.

With respect to onward transfers to Third Parties, the Data Privacy Framework program requires that APC Postal Logistics LLC and its subsidiary, to the extent it is responsible for such event(s), shall remain liable should its Third Parties process Personal Information in a manner inconsistent with the Data Privacy Framework Principles.

Any personal information that is disclosed is within accordance with current U.S. laws. We may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful request by public authorities, including but not limited to, meeting national security or law enforcement requests.

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data").

Data Privacy Framework (DPF) Participation

APC Postal Logistics, LLC and its subsidiary, Parcel Connect, LLC , complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. APC Postal Logistics, LLC and its subsidiary, Parcel Connect, LLC has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. APC Postal Logistics, LLC and its subsidiary, Parcel Connect, LLC are subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and is obliged to arbitrate claims and follow the terms as set forth in Annex I of the DPF Principles, provided that an individual has invoked binding arbitration by delivering notice to your organization and following the procedures and subject to conditions set forth in Annex I of Principles.

In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, APC Postal Logistics, LLC and its subsidiary, commits to refer unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF to JAMS, an alternative dispute resolution provider based in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your DPF Principles-related complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your DPF Principles-related complaint to your satisfaction, please visit https://www.jamsadr.com/dpf-dispute-resolution for more information or to file a complaint. The services of JAMS are provided at no cost to you.

Data Retention

When you either place an order or track an order through the Site, we will maintain your Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
