APC Bound Printed Matter
APC Bound Printed Matter service is designed for mailers that send large quantities of directories, manuals, books, and catalogs. We pick up, process and expedite your bound printed matter to the USPS destination facility for final-mile delivery.
In order to qualify for this program, mail pieces must be securely bound by permanent fastenings such as staples, spiral binding, glue, or stitching. Loose-leaf binders and similar fastenings are not considered permanent, as referenced in DMM463.3.1.
